Michael Judkins, OD

A native of Layton, Dr. Judkins attended Davis County Schools and Weber State University before attending Pacific University College of Optometry where he received both his B.S. and his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1999. He is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and is past President of the Utah Optometric Association. He was awarded the Young Optometrist of Year for 2004, and The President's Award in 2007 and 2008. He was the State Team Leader for the InfantSee Program as well as the Healthy Eyes State Lead. He enjoys spending time with his young family when not practicing optometry.

Clark Fielden, OD

Dr. Clark Fielden is a graduate of the University of Utah with a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry. During his doctorate education, he completed internships at Travis Airforce Base at David Grant Medical Center, Oakland California VA Clinic, and San Fransisco VA Hospital.

He has recently moved from Virginia where he served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy practicing optometry. His professional interests include myopia research and glaucoma. He practices all aspects of optometry including comprehensive eye and vision care, contact lenses including difficult RGP fits, and surgical co-management of cataracts and LASIK. Dr. Fielden is experienced in the treatment and management of ocular disease such as glaucoma and macular degeneration.
 
He also practices at McKay-Dee Hospital.

He is a member of the American Optometric Association and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Outside of optometry he enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending time with his family.

James David, OD

Dr. David was born and raised in Salt Lake City. After completing his bachelor's in Psychology from The University of Utah he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Ohio State University. His first four years of Optometry were practiced in the US Navy in Virginia and overseas in Guam. In 2010 he returned to Utah and joined Promontory Family Vision.
 
Dr. David enjoys practicing all aspects of optometry including primary eye care, treatment of ocular disease and contact lens fitting, but has a particular interest in pediatric optometry and children's visual development and learning. He is a member of the Utah and American Optometric Associations and the College of Optometrists in Vision Development.

When not practicing Optometry, he has three kids of his own to keep him busy. Actually he has three kids even when he IS practicing Optometry but then they're usually keeping his wife busy. He especially loves getting into the mountains with his family to ski, sled, hike and camp and is a die-hard Jazz fan.

Frank L. Salimeno, OD

Dr. Frank L. Salimeno was raised and education in Ogden. Graduating from Ogden High School and receiving a Bachelors Degree (B.S.) from Weber State University in 1965. He went on for the Doctor of Optometry Degree (O.D.) from the Pacific University College of Optometry in 1969. After graduation he entered the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps with a rank of Captain and Chief at the Eye Clinic for the US Army Hospital Dugway Proving Ground, Utah. He was awarded the Army Commendation Medal on completion of his service in the US Army. He then entered private practice in 1972. He has practiced optometry in Ogden for 40 years.

He has served as president of the Utah Optometric Association and has received the Optometrist of the Year Award, twice. He has served on the Utah Optometry Licensing Committee under the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. He is a past president of the Association of Regulatory Boards in Optometry (ARBO) and a past president of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO).

Dr. Salimeno is a Life Member of the American Optometric Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. He is certified in Diagnosis, Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease. He provides general eye and vision care and pre and post-operative cataract and refractive surgery management.

He is married to Linda K. Salimeno and they have four children and six grand children. He and his wife Linda are semi-retired and have homes here in Ogden as well as Green Valley, Arizona.
